Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To return or exchange an item, please follow these instructions:

You will need to obtain a Return Ticket ID before sending your returned item back to Please contact us either by email or phone to receive the return instructions.

If contacting by email: Please email your order number and the request for a refund or an exchange. We will then email you Return Ticket ID and shipping instructions.

If contacting by phone: Please have your order number ready and call us at (510) 380-7686 to obtain the Return Ticked ID.

A Package without a Return Authorization number will not be accepted for refund.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a notification email will be sent to the provided email address concerning the approval or rejection of the refund.

Upon approval, the refund will begin processing, and credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment (i.e. credit card) within 3-5 business days.
